Leisurely canoeing on a pristine pond or whitewater kayaking down the Spring rapids. The seasons allow us to experience some of the adventures and life styles of our grandparents with the modern conveniences that we choose. Adirondackers still have the freedom to live, work and play without the restrictions, fees and lines that others are accustomed to and there is no place like this six million acre park where people live; in this whole country of ours.
